Install Method Options
Traditional Nail Down
This method is mostly used for traditional solid wood flooring. Your subfloor will be nailed to the concrete along with all of your moisture barriers and then your wood floor will be nailed on top of the subfloor.
Glue Down
This method is typically used for all of your engineered flooring options. Our wood adhesive contains a strong amount of a moisture barrier substance, protecting your floors from the moisture of the concrete slab.
Click-Lock or Floating
This method is only used to install your luxury vinyl plank (LVP) options. Hence the name “floating floor”, there is no nail or adhesive holding this floor to the slab. The product comes with grooves on each side & it is in term “clicked together.
